Logan International Airport in Boston was the site of a plane collision involving a Delta flight. Photos of the aftermath show damage to the wing of the Delta plane Friday Evening.
In an incident at Massachusetts' Logan Airport, a Delta aircraft hit the wing of another plane while both were at gates. No passengers were hurt.
While speaking to NBC10 Boston, Massport explained that though this is a minor issue, the aircraft may not be usable if there was any damage.
A fender-bender is when two cars collide, and it can be a big deal. Samantha Butler was a passenger in one of the cars involved in a fender-bender, and she told NBC10 Boston that the flight attendants were visibly shaken by what they saw. It's understandable that they would be; after all, fender-benders can cause a lot of damage.
The Arias family had just finished an amazing trip. Their son played in the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournaments in New York, and then they got to spend some extra time in Boston. They were all excited to be finally heading home.
Joshua Arias was in shock after the events that transpired. "I didn't know what happened at first," he said. "Then people were yelling that the plane had hit another one. I was bummed out because I wanted to go home."
